All of the villas in the Villas in Zante site are offered for rent by their owners and you can expect the usual things to be covered. Breakages must be notified and paid for. You must vacate the premises by a certain time. No animals are allowed.

Before paying your deposit, a full set of Terms and Conditions will be sent to you by e-mail from the owner of the property.

Payment of a deposit will be confirmation that you have read the Terms and Conditions, and agree to be bound by them.
